He has been associated with Emirates Post Group Holding and Emirates Airline in senior management roles, and has actively participated as a Board Member of various government and commercial organizations in the UAE.
Kamran Helal

Kamran Helal is one of the Founding Members of Al-Shaymaa (Private) Limited and brings with him a rich diversity of experience, skills and expertise having worked in senior key positions in diverse sectors of Pakistan’s leading names in Telecom, Logistics, Courier, and Home Appliances. A B.E., and an MBA Graduate from IBA, his career track record spans over 18 years. He was associated with some of the leading national and multinational companies including Dawlance, Instaphone and OCS.
Waquas Haider
Director Commercial
A Business Graduate, Waquas Haider brings with him a wealth of 17 years well-honed experience garnered from working in sectors such as Hospitality, Telecom and Shipping. He has served in large organizations with distinction such as Paktel – a Cable & Wireless Company, Pakistan Services Limited (PSL) – Owners & Operators of Pakistan’s Premier PC Hotels chain, and ADT (Tyco). He was the National Head of Corporate Sales & Services at Warid Telecom prior to joining Al-Shaymaa. Waquas holds the unique distinction of not only conceiving the entire Al-Shaymaa project from scratch, but also holds the honor of achieving exacting standards in the project’s implementation across Pakistan. His proven leadership qualities are amply reflected through his cross-functional strategies in place within the organization.
Syed Ahmed Bokhari
Director Technical & OperationsAhmed looks after the Control Room, Recovery-Response functions and IT Departments of the Al-Shaymaa Office Network in Pakistan. Thus, he lends critical support to the technical backbone of Al-Shaymaa. He holds strategic advantage due to his academic qualifications – dual Masters Degree in Information Systems AND Strategic Management. What reinforces his professional commitment and acumen in the business spheres is his exposure to hardcore technical expertise and working in global environments in world-renowned giant corporations and international conglomerates such as Boeing, NTT, Qwest, Accor, CompUSA, Chase Manhattan, Warid Telecom and Bank Alfalah.
