PEOPLE FIRST, TECHNOLGY SECOND
Transforming Power of Thought Leadership into A Dynamic Enterprise

Very few people really do understand that it is not technology that drives people. It is the other way round! When I started to put on one of those famous Hats of Dr. Edward De Bono, I went into the power of deep, lateral thinking. The results were indeed enlightening, humbling food for thought and a clarion call for action – PEOPLE FIRST, TECHNOLOGY SECOND! So began my arduous task of identifying and then securing a high caliber team of professionals.

When we undertook a survey of where exactly foreign investment was headed into Pakistan, there were only two clear demarcated areas: Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and Security & Surveillance. So, we chose the second one – Security & Surveillance. What began as a critical journey of intense research, development, meeting cross-sections of society at the corporate and industry level, meeting of minds over matter, identifying market needs, taking pledges to fill the missing gaps and an overall sense of commitment to the cause, took us and our team a colossal two years!

Al-Shaymaa (Private) Limited is the result of that effort. Al-Shaymaa (Private) Limited was born to make a difference in the “Quality of Life”, in the way we think we are safe and secure. We are here to better the advantage of marrying technology with comfort, something which the market lacks. We are here to win minds and hearts of our customers – forever.
